Terms & Conditions
Price:
Normally we invoice in SEK or Euro. For example, if the product is purchased in Euro and we sell in SEK, the prices will be adjusted on the day of delivery based on the current exchange rate. All sales are exclusive of VAT.
Payment:
Normally we give 30 days credit, deviations may occur. A credit check is carried out on new customers (after order). In case of late payment, the Swedish Interest Act is applied.
Deliveries and packaging:
All deliveries are EXW from our warehouse in Bromma. Transportation costs are invoiced unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the size of the transaction, we can book your transportation agreements.
Guarantees and complaints:
Products are delivered with a 12-month warranty, from the date of invoice. Before you return your product, you need to contact us with as detailed a description of the problem/defect as possible, as well as information about when the product was purchased. If the complaint is approved, we will repair the product or replace it with a new one.
Other terms and conditions:
For other conditions, SEAL2012 is applied. Deliveries are made according to Incoterms 2020.
Försäljnings- och leveransvillkor
Pris:
Normalt fakturerar vi i SEK eller Euro. Om produkten till exempel köps in i Euro och vi säljer i SEK så kommer priserna justeras på leveransdagen utifrån aktuell valutakurs. All försäljning är exklusive moms.
Betalning:
Leveranser och förpackning:
Alla leveranser sker EXW från vårt lager i Bromma. Transportkostnader faktureras om inte annat är överenskommet. Beroende på affärens omfattning kan vi boka på era transportavtal.
Garantier och reklamationer:
Produkter levereras med 12 månaders garanti, från fakturadatum. Före ni returnerar er vara behöver ni kontakta oss med så utförlig beskrivning av problemet/felet som möjligt, samt med information när varan köptes. Vid godkänd reklamation reparerar vi varan alternativt ersätter med en ny.
Övriga villkor:
För övriga villkor tillämpas SEAL2012. Leveranser sker enligt Incoterms 2020.
